Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable after Friday, February 22, 2013.
 
Lodging Accommodations - A full deposit is required at the time of booking your room.  Room cancellations will be honored if made on or before Friday, March 15th, 2013 by 5:00PM (PST). Cancellations made after March 29th, 2013 will be charged the full deposit.
